Stuffed Pomfret Fry

Ingredients:
1) 2 fresh pomfret
2) 12 Garlic cloves
3) 1 inch ginger
4) 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
5) 3 Kokam
6) 10 Red kashmiri chillies
7) 1 tsp Turmeric powder
8) 1 tsp Green cardamom
9) Oil to fry
10) 3 tbsp semolina
11) 3 tbsp rice flour
12) Salt as per taste
For Granishing:
1) Coriander leaves
2) Lemon
3) Sliced onion.
Method:
Clean the pomfrets and remove the unwanted flesh from the mouth using your fingers.
Make a incision so that you can easily stuff the masala into it. Put some salt and keep aside.
Combine all the above ingredients like garlic cloves, red chillies, green cardimom, kokam, turmeric powder, ginger, cumin seeds and little  salt and grind them to a fine paste. Be careful the mixture should not be very thin or thick.
Now wash pomfrets and stuff this mixutre into pomfrets for at least 1 hour.
Heat tava add oil. Take semolina and rice mix together and dip the pomfrets, coat them from both the sides.
Shallow fry the pomfrets from both the side on low flame until crisp.
Repeat the same process with the rest of pomfrets.
Remove it and garnish with coriander leaves, lemon, sliced onion.
Serve hot.
